Qualitative longevity – long life

Gerontology program addresses the issues of longevity — qualitative long life.

We offer a highly effective drug and products based on the mechanisms of clearing up lipofuscin, removing it from cells and intercellular space. Due to the physical and chemical qualities of our products, human rejuvenation occurs at the level of the biochemical systems activity fine-tuning in the processes of regulation of definite genes and their complexes and genomic and epigenomic elements genetic homeostasis harmonization.

After a long study of the biologically active substance GLT 75257 safety and efficacy, we have initiated the work to create a unique anti-ageing injectable drug, the preclinical studies of which are still carried out at Dmitry F. Chebotarev Institute of Gerontology of the National Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine now.

The scientific research was made at Dmitry F. Chebotarev Institute of Gerontology, Kyiv in 2008. The results of the research were published in the article The Effect of the Drug Orion on Survival in Stressful Conditions and Life Expectancy of Drosophila Melanogaster (Journal of the National Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine No.2, 2009, volume 15, pp.246-262).

Professor X.K. Muradian, PhD in Medicine, the representative of the Institute of Gerontology made a report about the results of this research (PA8052, the Journal of Nutrition, Health & Aging, JNHA, vol. 13, Supplement 1, 2009) at 19th IAGG World Congress of Gerontology and Geriatrics, which took place in Paris, France on 5-9 July 2009.

Professor Muradian X.K. told in detail about the effects of the drug and its influence on quality of life and life expectancy (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bQJ_yc8fnvI, Topic — SENS4-ORION: A Glimpse of Hope in Life Span Extension?) at the 4th conference Strategies for Engineered Negligible Senescence – SENS in Cambridge, London on December 22, 2009. The work was published in the magazine Rejuvenation Research (vol.13, No.2-3, April-June 2010, annex to information report No.1).

At the same time, the research on the effects of the drug on lipofucsin utilization was carried out
at Dmitry F. Chebotarev Institute of Gerontology. Unique results were obtained, which were published in the annex of journal Problems of Aging and Longevity, section Biology of Aging; journal of the NAMS of Ukraine of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, volume 21, the publication of Dmitry F. Chebotarev Institute of Gerontology of NAMS of Ukraine (Kyiv), the annex dated on 04.05.10.2012. The article is entitled Effect of Drug Orion on the Neurons Ultrastructure and Glial Cells and Utilization of Cellular Debris in Old Drosophilae Head Ganglion. http://www.geront.kiev.ua/psid-2010/2012_3-supplement.pdf

Professor X.K Muradian made a report on the effect of the drug on cellular debris utilization and lifespan extension of fruit flies – drosophilae at 20th IAGG World Congress of Gerontology and Geriatrics, which took place on June 23-27, 2013 in Seoul, Korea.

We give references here only to some studies, the list of which is much longer.
The results of the pre-clinical studies that have already been made show the potential of the injectable drug in solving the issues of qualitative longevity.
